Do you contract out your labor?
No, everyone who comes to your home is an employee of Precision Pavers.
Are you a member of the Better Business Bureau?
Yes we have been a BBB member since 1993 with an A+ rating
Can You Provide References Of Work You’ve Done?
Of course. We’ll provide references of jobs we have installed—not just recent ones but older jobs too. This will prove our expertise and show you how well our projects hold up over time.
Do You Guarantee Your Work?
Yes! We provide a written guarantee. The pavers come with a lifetime manufacturer’s warranty and we provide a 10 year warranty on installation.
Will I Receive A Written Scope Of The Work To Be Preformed?
Yes! We do not begin the job without a written plan and proper drawing showing the area to be paved. We will clearly state in the agreement what you are paying for and the various steps involved.
Can I See The Actual Samples Of The Stone To Be Used?
Yes! The stone we use is available in many colors and patterns. Our design expert will bring samples for you to hold and inspect during the appointment.
Do You Only Install Pavers, Or Are You A “Jack-of all-Trades”?
Our only focus is on installing pavers. It’s what we’ve been doing exclusively since 1984 and we’ve installed over 5 million square feet in Texas alone!
Do You Provide Financing?
Yes! We have special financing available that will allow you to have your pavers now with no payments for up to one year (Please call for details). We also accept MasterCard and Visa.
Do You Have A Showroom I Can Visit?
Yes! we have an established showroom where you can visit, and see the various pavers and designs at your leisure. It is located at 913 18th Street in Plano, TX 75074 (just 1 1/2 blocks East of Central Expressway in Historic Downtown Plano). We’re open Monday thru Friday from 8 to 5pm and on Saturdays from 10 to 3pm. Our phone number is 972-423-9266

Yes! we thoroughly protect our customers by providing general liability.
