I shopped around, Precision Pavers had a very good price. I had some concerns due to an unfavorable review so I took a bit more time to look at and talk to the folks at Precision Pavers. I asked for testimonials and I did my homework. I am very glad that I chose Precision Pavers to do this work for me. They arrived on time, and in fact they stayed on the job into the night to finish up before the storm that arrived the next morning. They excavated, set the base and laid about 1200 foot of pavers in about 12 hours. We have received may complements from the neighbors. Yes, I would use them again.‎

After leveling our two front yard staircases that had dropped, we needed to replace our front sidewalks, which had also dropped.  After the various foundation companies recommended putting piers under a new set of concrete sidewalks to prevent them from dropping in the future, we decided we would rather replace the sidewalks with pavers, which is when we discovered Precision Pavers.  The project consisted of three phases:  pre-construction, construction, and post-construction.
 
During the preconstruction phase, we stopped by the Precision Pavers office and met Bob and Helen for the first time.  We described our project and Bob indicated that he really liked to be creative.  During this meeting, we found out that replacing our sidewalks with pavers was not only price competitive with replacing them with concrete again but the concrete contractors could not come close to Precision Pavers 10 year labor warranty and lifetime paver warranty.
 
Bob then met with us at our house to review the project and came back a second time to ensure that we had the right samples to make a decision on the color of the pavers.  Unlike other projects, Bob indicated that there was not a lot of creativity he could find when replacing 4’ x 4’ concrete sidewalk sections. 
 
When the time came to begin the construction, Precision Pavers was flexible and postponed the project when we found out that the city was replacing the street and curbing in front of our house, which would affect the sidewalk we were replacing along the street.  After the city completed its work, Precision Pavers began the work and we can honestly say that we have never seen a construction crew that worked harder.  While replacing the front steps, the construction foreman noted that the steps would result in uneven heights and became “creative” on the front steps and did a fabulous job along our lower retaining wall and mailbox replacing the dirt areas with pavers.
 
After the work was completed, Bob stopped by and we went over a punch list and the crew took care of those cheerfully.  In fact, another crew returned when the city leveled the water meter that is in our sidewalk along the street and pitched in to help the city.  Because the pavers could be easily removed and reinstalled, the city was able to do its work quickly.
 
We are truly amazed at the beautiful transformation that we witnessed and have received numerous compliments.  Based on our experience, we would highly recommend Bob and his team at Precision Pavers.
