  • I wanted to thank you and your installers for doing a nice job on my pavestone patio. The stone colors coordinate well with my Mediterranean style condo and the landscaping I have added after installation makes everything look finished. Your installation guys worked diligently and did not hesitate to ask me questions on style and structure options. I was happy I did not have to keep an eye on them every ten minutes. My patio is probably one of the smallest jobs you have done (220 sq. feet), and it was a challenge to find someone to do such an intimate patio for less than $2,000 due to minimum labor costs. Thanks for being flexible and understanding the space because my yard probably gets more social use than large yards. It’s the perfect party environment. Everyone that has been over to see it loves the before and after changes in the yard.

It was perfectly beautiful and ready to be used.   • We just wanted to tell you how pleased we were with the paving job you did on our back and side yards and entry. We have included some “before” and “after” photos of the job site. The work was done in accordance with the plan and drawings included with the estimate. The finished job is exactly as we had discussed it. We were especially impressed with the efficiency and professionalism of your work crew. They were able to remove the turf and lay down the foundation materials with out damaging the telephone, TV cable or sprinkler lines that ran through the area. Considering how many times these lines were cut while the house was being built that is an outstanding accomplishment. When the job was completed the crew cleaned up the sidewalks and driveway and hauled off all of the dirt, rocks and extra materials leaving the work site cleaner than they found it. The new Pavestone adds more usable room to our back yard and makes the entryway seem wider and more inviting.

  • Just when you think that good service is a thing of the past, it is refreshing to experience working with someone who actually exceeds expectations. Bob Streiff of Precision Pavers recently provided such service. Bob recently installed a Pavestone patio at our house. In just over 24 hours, Bob and his crew transformed the original “builder’s standard” slab patio into a much larger Pavestone patio and walkway. As part ofthe installation process, Bob’s crew had to re-route part of the existing sprinkler system to ensure that the lawn and garden received adequate irrigation. Rarely do you see a contractor show such concern for the whole landscape environment. A neighbor recently had a Pavestone patio roughly the same size as ours installed by a different contractor. While the finished product looked good, completion took two weeks. Imagine my amazement when I arrived home from work the day Bob’s crew began and found the project nearly complete. This included the re-routing of the sprinkler system, something my neighbor’s contractor did not have to contend with. As a long-time follower of Mr. Sperry’s show on KRLD and subscriber to “Neil Sperry’s GARDENS,” I am aware that Mr. Sperry thoroughly screens advertisers. This is one of the main reasons I subscribe to the magazine (second only to the gardening advice). The value I have received from the show and magazine has made owning and maintaining my first house considerably easier.
